Wrecked 1970 Camaro
Built as a wreck. This 70 Camaro was whipped around by a hurricane and found rapped around a tree. This car now lives in Germany, as it was sold on ebay many moons ago.
I built it using the AMT kit and opened the one door, the door panel was cut from the interior tub.
That looks great. I sure would like to add a wrecked model to my collection.
I actually had the exact real life Camaro that is here. It was struck by a semi and had almost the exact same damage. I could still drive it, it wasn’t as drastic as the damage here. Had to remove the hood and right fender. It was fun to drive around racing people, they saw a beautiful Hugger Orange, black stripes. Then they saw the right side and would crack-up. I only lost one race, to a 64 Malibu with a big block. But he only beat at the top end, I left him at the light snoozing…
