Junkyard Junker Chevy Wagon
Another Revell wagon build, this 66 Chevy wagon was built for my diorama some years ago. I don’t remember which kit the roof rack came from but I started to make this as a handyman’s work car, was planning to put a ladder on the roof, etc. Either way, these wagon kits are a must for any junkyard display.
It’s a good idea to stock up on these kits when they are released, they seem to go up in value fast after being discontinued. I painted this one with just an automotive base coat, which naturally goes dull and within a few minutes, I taped it off for the two-tone. I don’t mind if some of the colors come off with the tape…makes weathering that much easier.
