Rare find, 77-78 Dodge Monaco “Big American” and the Plymouth Fury in 1/24 scale. I have never come across anything by this company (Yodel) in my 40+ yrs of building models.
They have no date of production (in English that is) but appear to be from the 80s.

This kit was available in many variations most being American police cars, L.A., San Fran., NY and Cali patrol cars.
